What a fantastic Sports Day we enjoyed under glorious sunshine! The day was full of laughter, teamwork and plenty of friendly competition as everyone took part in an exciting range of activities. From thrilling tug of war battles and novelty races to tag rugby, crossbar challenges, penalty shootouts and soccer leagues, there was something for everyone. We also had an informative and engaging talk from Múinteoir Aoife, who highlighted the importance of warming up properly, stretching, staying active and making exercise a regular part of a healthy lifestyle. A brilliant day of fun, energy and memorable moments!
